Home Visits
Requests for home visits should be made between 0830 and 1030 to the General Enquiry number at either the Ramsbury or Wanborough surgeries. Home visits should only be requested for those who are physically unable to come to the surgery.
Out of Hours
When our Ramsbury and Wanborough Surgeries are closed, medical attention is provided to patients through either Wiltshire Medical Services OR Swindon Out of Hours Scheme. Contact with these services is still made through telephoning the surgery. Patients in postcode areas SN4 and SN6 should telephone the Wanborough Surgery on 01793 790527 and patients in all other areas of the Practice should telephone the Ramsbury Surgery on 01672 520366. Contacting the wrong surgery will cause delay to any medical attention you may require.
Ramsbury Opening Times

Opening Hours: 0830 - 1830 Monday to Friday
Appointments: 0845 - 1045 & 1630 - 1800
Saturday morning surgery between 1030 - 1130.
On Saturdays, the Surgery is open from 0900 - 1130 for collecting/requesting medication.
Wanborough Opening Times

Opening Hours: 0830 - 1200 & 1615 - 1830 Monday to Friday
Appointments: 0845 - 1030 & 1630 - 1800
Extended Hours opening: Monday evening 1830 – 1930 with appointments from 1830 - 1920
Saturday morning surgery appointments between 0845 - 0915.
On Saturdays, the Surgery is open from 0830 - 0930 for collecting/requesting medication.
